Squaw Valley

Of course, we all know that this area got its start with the 1960 Winter Olympics. Enamored by the stellar beauty, people quickly descended on the valley and the rest is history. While skiing is still the major draw here, there’s plenty of other amenities that make this a true four-season resort community.

Nestled at the base of Squaw Valley USA is The Village at Squaw Valley. This Alpine style pedestrian village is the place to be for shopping, dining and just soaking up the ambiance around the many seating areas.

Come summer, The Village hosts a variety of events featuring music, wine tasting, children’s activities, and more. Squaw Valley is also home to an 18-hole golf course in the lovely Squaw Valley meadow.

At the entrance to the valley, Squaw Valley Park features a soccer field, pickleball courts, playground and a convenient launchpad for surrounding hiking and biking trails.
This iconic alpine hub offers many desirable neighborhoods, and there’s plenty of ski-in/ski-out condo opportunities as well.
